Lamborghini Murcielago R-GT

On the occasion of the next Motor Show in Frankfurt Lamborghini will show for the first time a race version of its highly acclaimed super sports car, the Lamborghini Murciélago.

Named Murciélago R-GT, Lamborghini is developing the competition car jointly with race experts Reiter Engineering and mother company Audi's sports division, Audi Sport.

The new Murciélago R-GT will offer Lamborghini clients a highly competitive car to participate in professional motorsport events on an international level.

The House of the raging bull is responding with its newest race model to the rising customer demand to introduce a full blown race car at a reasonable price.

This is Lamborghini's first step in the field of international motorsport after its engagement in Formula 1 in the late 80's and early 90's. The newly founded Lamborghini Customer Sports Programme takes care not only of the sale of the race cars but will also offer trackside assistance.

With the Lamborghini Murciélago R-GT clients can compete in national and international race events such as the European FIA GT Championship or the American LeMans Series in the United States.

Vehicles for customers will be available by 2004.

Reiter Engineering will enter a Murciélago R-GT in the FIA GT races at Estoril, 5 October and at Monza on October 19, 2003.

2009 Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 Spyder

With the new Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Spyder, Lamborghini has created a driving experience like absolutely no other – fascinating design, breathtaking performance and extreme handling characteristics come together with all the sensual intensity and open-air pleasure that only a soft top super sports car can deliver.

In its new generation, the Gallardo Spyder represents more than ever before automotive passion in its purest form. As in the Coupé, its enormous power is delivered by the new 5.2 liter V10 with an output of 560 horsepower (412 kW) at 8,000 rpm. The increase in 40 horsepower (29 kW) over its predecessor, as well as the 44 pound (20 kilogram) reduction in vehicle weight, improves the power-to-weight ratio to 6.10 pounds (2.77 kg) per horsepower, thus improving performance even further.

The Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Spyder takes only 4.0 seconds to sprint from 0 to 62 mph (0 to 100 km/h), reaching 124 mph (0 to 200 km/h) in only 13.1 seconds and going on to a top speed of 201 mph (324 km/h). The new driveline, featuring the “Iniezione Diretta Stratificata” direct fuel injection system also makes for impressive efficiency. Despite the considerable increase in performance, fuel consumption and CO2 emissions have been reduced by a staggering 18 percent.

1969 Lamborghini Miura P400S

Miura P400 S Lamborghini was build in 1969. With V12 engine type, sized at 3939 ccm it was able to deliver 370 bhp @ 7500 rpm and 388 Nm of torque.

The engine specifications, body aerodynamics and weight to power ratio produce a top speed of 285 km/h , acceleration from 0 to 60mph (~97kmh) 5.5 sec and from 0 to 100mph (~160kmh) 12.3 sec . Quarter of a mile was reached at 13.9 sec @ 108 mph .

It is a RWD driven car, with Mid-Engine engine location, wighted at 1040 kg . The car comes with a 5-Speed Manual transmition
